Building & Grounds
This committee oversees the maintenance of Good Shepherd’s beautiful church campus.
Caring for individuals is what the Care Ministry is all about. This group brings communion and prayer services to members who are homebound or hospitalized.
The Columbarium is a special structure where ashes of departed loved ones rest in peace. The ashes are placed in niches designed for housing a single urn or two urns side by side.
This group organizes the annual Craft Bazaar. The Bazaar is a fundraising event that benefits groups and ministries through the sale of raffle tickets for themed gift baskets. Looking for unique gifts for the Holidays?
Gloria Dei Choir (Youth Choir)
This choir is composed of youth in grades 2 through 5. They sing at worship once a month.
Library & Little Lending Library
This committee manages as well as organizes the vast resources Good Shepherd has to offer.
Membership, Growth & Fellowship
This committee meets to discuss and oversee the welcoming of new members and strives to grow the congregation through faith-based values.
Newsletter Mailing Crew
This group sends out the monthly newsletter from Good Shepherd. They take care of folding and labeling each newsletter.
Praise & Worship
This committee organizes music and other events throughout the church year. We are blessed with talented musicians and an eager music staff.
The Good Shepherd Quilters construct quilts for local and global ministries. If you use scissors, you are qualified! Anyone welcome!
This is Good Shepherd’s composed of individuals from students to adults. All are welcome and no prior singing experience is needed.
Senior High Youth Group
9th through 12th grade students meet to discuss their lives in relation to the church and world.
Sounds of Praise
This is Good Shepherd’s worship band. We are a music ensemble composed of various instruments. Prior experience in note reading and instrument proficiency needed.
This committee is composed of a treasurer, president, and one member from the congregation. The Trust Committee has been established to oversee the existing trusts of Good Shepherd and scholarship applications.
This is an ongoing Women’s Bible Study group, Women Who Wrestle with the Word (or W5). Currently, this group meets on Monday nights at Good Shepherd at 6:30 pm.
